Kayleigh Dobson Consulting is not a recruitment agency and does not supply candidates for employment.

### 2. Booking & Payment

 

Appointments and consultancy sessions may be booked online through our booking system.

 

Payment may be required in advance to confirm bookings.

 

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may change from time to time.

 

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers including Stripe.

### 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

#### Individual Services

– Appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled

– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be non-refundable

 

#### Organisational Consultancy

Project cancellation terms will be agreed separately in writing.

 

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary due to illness, emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

### 4. Service Delivery

 

Services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.

 

Advice and guidance provided are based on professional experience and information supplied by the client.

 

While every effort is made to provide high-quality support, no guarantee is made regarding:

– Job offers

– Interview outcomes

– Business results

– Recruitment outcomes

– Financial performance

 

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

### 5. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

– Provide accurate information

– Attend sessions punctually

– Engage respectfully and professionally

– Review documents before submission

 

Organisational clients remain responsible for internal decision-making, compliance and implementation.

### 6. Intellectual Property

 

All materials, templates, frameworks and written content provided by Kayleigh Dobson Consulting remain intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Materials must not be reproduced, redistributed or resold without permission.

### 7. Confidentiality

 

Information shared during consultancy or coaching sessions will be treated confidentially unless:

– Disclosure is required by law

– There is a safeguarding concern

– Information is already publicly available

### 8. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayleigh Dobson Consulting shall not be liable for:

– Indirect or consequential losses

– Loss of income or opportunity

– Business interruption

– Recruitment or employment decisions made by clients

 

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
